I would consider printmaking to be an important part of my art practice and it has been a while since i have worked in the print studio, so I am very excited to start this project!  The images I create through printmaking often lead to sculptural works.  I am not a very good drawer, but I love the lines that come out of printmaking.  I always loved the etched plates when you were done with the print but they are not often seen with the prints.  Which lead me to this project, to create a series of prints from shaped plates that I will later turn into a sculpture after the prints have been printed.
